"This insurance agent has issued 6 policies with my address. Quit using my address! Please call State Farm and have them run the address. The agent told me there are 6 policies with my address from your office."

"Rates keep going up without any changes or accidents. Been with this insurer more than 5 years. Customer service is a joke. Keep telling me to contact my agent but can never get in contact with her during business hours. By the time she contacts me I already have went ahead and paid the policy. Maybe thats the strategy. After calling again in regards to my bill increasing yet again, I was advised to change my agent. Transferred to one person after another. All avenues ending with the same result."
