"am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received here. I was told I would be provided with a rental vehicle, only to find out later that I would not be getting one. On top of that, I’ve been transferred between multiple agents, each giving me different and conflicting information. This lack of consistency and accountability is very disappointing. I have a family to feed and bills to pay, and this situation has created unnecessary stress and hardship. When people come to an insurance company, they expect clarity, honesty, and support, not runaround and broken promises.
